Since the government
has introduced Home Information Packs (HIPs) and Energy performance Certificates (EPCs) their has been some element of confusion
amongst most vendors as to how about getting them. Usually they will walk into the Estate Agents office whereapon the Agent
will gladly arrange a HIP for them or give some recommendations of companies to contact. This is all well and good
but it is undoubteably the most costly method!
One phone call or email to BH Energy will have you saving money from
the very start! In this expensive and quite gloomy downturn we have set up a quality driven proffesional service to make your
move less daunting than it already is. Our HIP & EPC Prices are so keen you will not want to look any further for what

know that you will require an EPC on any new tenancy from the 1st October 2008. With current spiralling energy costs, a poor
energy performance rating could potentailly put your property to the bottom of the pile as ever more clued up tenants will
be seeking smaller fuel bills. They could end up short listing their potential chosen properties by there EPC alone! For this,
we have a solution.
BH Energy have a unique service to landlords for their very first EPC. Instead of arranging a full
assessment, taking your money and furnishing you with a possibly poor certificate, we will supply a two part/two visit assessment.
This is where we visit the rental property and take all the details as if doing a full EPC but not generate one. The software
will make some suggestions with modifications to carry out that can increase the efficiency rating. We supply you with the
details and when you have finished implementing the changes, we re-visit and update the details to finally generate your more
energy efficient certificate!
